Returns

Thank you for shopping with us, you are a valued customer and we appreciate your business!  If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased or the fit is not right we are happy to provide a refund in the form of a store credit.  Please see the requirements and instructions below so we can help get the process started.

RETURN POLICY:

  • All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All returns are processed for the merchandise total only, shipping will be excluded from the refund amount.
  • Eligible returned item(s) must be received back to us within 14 days.  If not received within this time, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the return.
  • Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

  • All SALE, clearance or promotional items are FINAL SALE
  • Accessories and jewelry
  • White clothing items
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments/intimates
  • Swimwear
  • Cosmetics

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

  • Must be unworn and in the same condition it was received
  • Original tags must be attached to the item and/or all original packaging included
  • Must be free of ANY scents, stains, pet hair or damage 

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Send an email to Hello.iliandvia@gmail.com and include the following information:
    • Name used to place the order
    • Order #
    • Item(s) being returned
    • Reason for the return

  • We will send a confirmation email when the return package is received.  Please allow up to 3 business days for inspection of the returned item(s) and an approval for the return.  If approved we will provide a store credit in the form of a DISCOUNT CODE.
Please Note:  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipping.  Please track your package and contact the shipping provider if there are any issues.
DAMAGES:
  • Email us within 3 business days if you receive a damaged item.
  • Include a description of the damages in the email and we will help resolve as quickly as possible. 
EXCHANGES:  
  • At this time, we are not able to guarantee an exchange for the same item.
  • A return will need to be made and then a new order placed using the discount code.

STORE CREDIT:

  • Discount code is a one time use code
  • Full amount of the discount code will need to be used in the same purchase.
  • All orders placed with a store credit discount code are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.  No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases using a store credit.
